How far in advance should we book for a Chicago wedding?
We recommend booking 6–12 weeks in advance for Chicago weddings, especially for spring (April–June) and fall (September–October) dates which fill up the fastest. Popular summer weekend dates go even faster — reach out early to lock in your date.
How much space does the coffee cart need at our venue?
Our cart needs approximately 6×6 feet of flat space and access to a standard power outlet. We can set up indoors or outdoors, in cocktail hour spaces, receptions halls, or on patios. We'll coordinate directly with your venue coordinator.
Can we customize the drink menu for our wedding?
Absolutely — it's one of our favorite parts. We work with you before the event to build a menu that fits your wedding theme, guest preferences, and dietary needs. We can create custom-named signature drinks, seasonal specialties, and decaf or non-dairy options for all your guests.
What's the edible ink printing? How does it work?
Our edible ink machine prints your names, initials, wedding date, or any image directly onto the foam of each latte or cappuccino. It takes just a few extra seconds per drink and creates a moment guests genuinely lose their minds over. Yes, it's as cool as it sounds.
Do you travel outside Chicago for weddings?
Yes — we serve all of Chicagoland and surrounding areas including Naperville, Evanston, Lake Forest, Schaumburg, and the Indiana and Wisconsin borders. Travel fees may apply for distant locations. Contact us and we'll confirm availability for your venue.
What if something goes wrong on the day of our wedding?
In 2,500+ events across Chicago, we have never cancelled on a client — not once. We carry backup equipment to every event and our crew is trained to handle anything the day throws at us. Your wedding day coffee is covered, period.
